Please note that certain items, due to their intimate or personalized nature, cannot be returned or exchanged (see details below).

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the proof of purchase, and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind. Note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once this is complete.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow:
