Shipping Information
We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and a few remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is dispatched.
We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every piece you bring into your wardrobe. If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to ensure your return is handled with the elegance and care you deserve:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and item details.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without this number.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Processing: Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 7-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.
Exchanges are shipped once the returned item is approved. Shipping times for exchanges follow our standard delivery estimates.
Please Note: Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- BEAUTY Products: Including items from categories like Cheeks, Eyes, Face, Lips, and Beauty Accessories.
- Intimates: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel is not eligible for return.
- Sale or Limited-Edition Items: These are final sale to maintain their exclusivity.
